I’m Aniek from Liefs Aniek Photography and maternity photography is my passion and speciality. As a local of Drenthe and a photographer near Hoogeveen, I believe pregnancy deserves to be captured in a pure, loving way. My style is natural, intimate and warm: no stiff poses, but attention to emotion, connection and the delicate beauty of this period. Why choose me as your maternity photographer? Because I focus entirely on maternity photography and combine experience with sensitivity. During a pregnancy shoot I look for soft light and the moments when you pause and hold each other — often during the golden hour or in gentle daylight at home. I work in a relaxed way: giving calm, playful direction but mainly photographing your real moments. The result is images that are not only beautiful but truly tell something about who you are and how you experience this time. Practical and personal: after booking you’ll receive a comprehensive online brochure with styling tips, outfit advice and location ideas. I’m happy to help you choose outfits and colours so everything harmonises with the surroundings and the light. For pregnant women I also offer free use of a selection of stunning dresses from my wardrobe — ideal if you don’t want to organise maternity clothes yourself. The shoot can take place at your home for an intimate atmosphere or outdoors in the nature around Hoogeveen and Drenthe — I know many beautiful spots that offer soft, natural light. I usually recommend scheduling the session around weeks 28–34, when the bump is nicely rounded and you often feel most comfortable, but always at the moment that feels right for you. Although I also photograph families, my true expertise is maternity photography: capturing that precious chapter between expectation and meeting.
