I specialize in maternity photography and devote myself with great care to pregnancy photos and maternity shoots in and around Arnhem. My motivation is simple: I want to capture you as you truly are, as purely as possible. During a pregnancy shoot I look for those small, intimate moments between you — the quiet smile, the little foot wobbling in the bump, the togetherness that soon marks a new chapter. My approach is calm and personal. I like to get to know you a little first so we’re on the same wavelength; this can be during a short introduction or simply while walking on location. I prefer working in places where you feel relaxed — in your own home for familiar, intimate images or out in nature (I live in Arnhem and know the lovely spots around the Posbank) for soft, natural light and space to move. The photoshoot is relaxed and not overly posed: spontaneity and interaction are central, with light, timeless editing that enhances the moment. My background — from dance academy to the photography school in Apeldoorn and years of professional experience — has taught me to combine a sense of composition, timing and connection with people. That helps me quickly sense how best to guide you so you feel comfortable, even if being photographed is entirely new to you.
