As a specialist in maternity photography, Fotografie Debbie (Debbie Gropstra) captures the magic of your pregnancy in a fresh, colorful and realistic style. From my base in Barneveld I guide expectant mothers and couples with care and calm, so you can relax and truly experience the photoshoot. My aim is not only to create beautiful images, but to capture moments that bring back that special feeling for years to come. My approach to a maternity shoot starts with a personal intake. Together we decide on the location (outdoors in the woods, on the heath or a favourite spot), the best time of day and the mood you want. I have maternity dresses available to borrow and I’m happy to advise on clothing and styling: soft tones, coordinated colours and comfortable outfits often work best for a timeless look. For multiples or special requests we plan the ideal moment for the session. During the shoot I work relaxedly and with subtle direction. There are no stiff poses—only natural postures, connection and detail shots, from a hand on the bump to close-ups of the baby in the belly. I enjoy working with light and composition: sun rays, foreground bokeh or creative reflections can add that little extra to the images. Everything is done with respect for your pace and comfort. After the session I carefully select and edit the images. Within 21 working days you will receive a personal online gallery with professionally edited photos, ready to save, share or use for birth announcement cards and keepsakes.
