Hi, I’m Lisa from MaedbijLisa. As a mother of three and a lover of light and human connection, I specialize in maternity photography. My aim is to capture this special time in a way that reflects your personality: pure, relaxed and full of feeling. Why choose a maternity shoot with me? I focus on creating a calm, safe atmosphere where you can feel comfortable — even if you’re not used to being in front of the camera. I work with small, clear directions so the interaction between you (and your partner or children) stays natural. We usually start with a short intake so I understand the mood you want and which images you plan to use later. The ideal time for a maternity shoot is often between 28 and 35 weeks: your bump will be beautifully rounded and you’re typically still comfortable. We can choose an intimate session at your home — perfect for natural lifestyle portraits — or an outdoor location in and around Culemborg during the golden hour for soft, cinematic light. Looking for something more intimate? I also create boudoir-style portraits that highlight your confidence. Or we can include the whole family for warm, connecting family photographs. After the session I carefully select and retouch the images; you’ll receive the edited photos within four weeks so you can quickly enjoy your memories. With a background in marketing, I also advise on how to use the images — whether for personal keepsakes or for visible use on social media and websites.
