I am Fleur Janssen and maternity photography is one of my great passions. As a specialist in pregnancy and maternity photography in Nijmegen, Lent and the surrounding area, I focus on capturing that tender, loving and often joyful period as you prepare for your new arrival. My style is warm, colorful and authentic — photos that truly show your love and that you will look back on with a smile. Why choose me as your maternity photographer? Whether we choose a riverside spot along the Waal, a striking urban location, or a calm session at your home, I work with you to find what suits you best. My approach is personal and playful. We’ll talk beforehand about your wishes and ideas, then I scout the most flattering light and consider what feels comfortable for you. If you feel unsure, just say so — I give gentle direction so you can enjoy the moment and I can capture genuine connection. Many clients appreciate that I turn the session into a pleasant outing, with time for laughter, cuddles and even a little bit of silliness. Practical advice: I usually recommend booking a maternity shoot around 32–36 weeks, when your bump is nicely visible and you still feel comfortable. If you want both elegant bump portraits and spontaneous couple images, that’s no problem. I work in both color and black-and-white so you can later choose the mood that fits you best. In addition to being a photographer, I am also a singer and actress — experience on stage helps me put people at ease quickly and create a fun, relaxed shoot.
