I am Donja — a mother, a storyteller with a camera and a specialist in maternity photography based in Zevenaar. For me, a pregnancy shoot is about capturing that soft, intimate feeling: the anticipation, the connection between partners and the tender details that later gain so much meaning. We start with a short introductory conversation to discuss your wishes, preferred locations and the mood you want to achieve. I’m happy to advise on styling and maternity dresses, and I can suggest colours and accessories so the final images feel harmonious and elegant. While I love natural light and outdoor locations (favorite spots include the Veluwe and atmospheric town settings), studio or at-home sessions are always possible if that suits you better. During the session I create a relaxed atmosphere: there’s room for cuddles, quiet moments and small prompts that help you forget the camera is there. My approach is playful and unforced; I give gentle guidance and leave plenty of space for spontaneous interaction.
