Hi, I’m Ylva — the photographer who loves to take the time to capture your pregnancy in a warm, spontaneous way. As a specialist in maternity photography in Delfzijl, I combine a personal approach with attention to natural light and atmosphere. My background as a physical education teacher and my home study in photography and image editing have taught me to work calmly, patiently and with a people-centred approach. I bring that same attitude to every maternity session: I offer clear, gentle guidance, create a relaxed atmosphere and leave room for spontaneous moments. This results in photos that truly feel like you — not overly posed, yet carefully and lovingly captured. Practically, I like to collaborate with you: we discuss location and style in advance and find what best fits your wishes. Do you love soft evening light? We can plan the session around the golden hour. Prefer the comfort of home or the variety of an outdoor location in and around Delfzijl? I’ll help choose what works best. Sessions are paced to keep you comfortable and relaxed, with plenty of breaks when needed. If you’d like to use extra wardrobe, my client closet is stocked with beautiful dresses especially chosen for maternity photography so you feel both beautiful and comfortable. During the shoot the emphasis is on connection, cuddles and pure emotion; I stay in the background to capture those moments while you focus on one another. After the session I carefully edit the images to preserve natural tones, skin tones and the intimate mood of the day. You’ll receive a curated selection in a private online gallery, with options for high-resolution downloads, prints and albums — so your memories can be enjoyed in digital form and as tangible keepsakes.
