I’m Emma from Puur Emma Photography — a maternity photographer dedicated to capturing the tender, powerful and loving period of pregnancy. My approach is calm, personal and emotion-led: no staged poses that don’t feel like you, but gentle guidance so you can relax and truly be yourselves. My motto? Not the perfect picture, but the real picture. With a background in childcare, I’ve learned to work with softness, patience and intuition with (expectant) parents. You’ll notice this during a pregnancy shoot: I give subtle directions, create a relaxed atmosphere and look for those moments when you catch yourself thinking, “Wow, this is beautiful.” Whether we choose a natural setting — one of my favorite locations is De Loonse en Drunense Duinen — or an intimate session at your home, I keep the focus on your connection, the curve of your belly and the emotion of this special time.
