I am Frederique Jansen of Jansen Photographics and maternity photography is one of my greatest passions. Based in Bussum and the surrounding area, I specialise in pregnancy photography to capture that magical period when women radiate both strength and tenderness. My aim is always the same: authentic, timeless maternity photos that let you relive your story again and again. My approach is personal and relaxed. We start with an introduction where we discuss your wishes, style and preferred location — classic, lifestyle, bold or more sensual. Many clients appreciate guidance on clothing, poses and backgrounds; I offer suggestions, show examples and work with you to create a mood that truly fits you. I shoot on location, outdoors or at your home, and I also bring a portable studio so we can easily create clean white or black backgrounds when desired. During the shoot I create a calm, safe atmosphere so you feel comfortable and at ease. My method focuses on small directions, natural poses and capturing spontaneous moments. With experience in portrait and maternity photography, I know how to combine light, composition and emotion to produce strong portraits and soft, intimate images. I work in both color and black-and-white: monochrome often heightens the emotion and directs attention to the person. After the shoot you select your favorite images via an online gallery; I handle the retouching so each image receives the mood and quality it deserves. Because I work closely with my clients, you always receive photos that genuinely reflect who you are.
