Congratulations on your pregnancy! As a specialist in maternity photography based in Harenkarspel, I help make this special period visible and tangible. My work focuses on freezing moments in time: the soft curve of your belly, the looks shared between partners, and the expectant atmosphere that later becomes treasured memories. My approach is personal and calm. In my daylight studio I work with soft, natural light and soothing backgrounds, but an outdoor location or a place that holds meaning for you is also possible. Around 30–35 weeks is often the best time for a maternity shoot; together we’ll discuss what suits your wishes. Partners and children are very welcome to join so we can capture the bond you already share. What sets me apart is attention to detail and a warm, approachable manner. When you book, you’ll receive practical information and clothing tips; you are also welcome to use dresses from my client-closet. During the session I create a relaxed atmosphere — no stiff posing, just gentle guidance and room for natural moments. My aim is for you to feel seen and comfortable so the photos come out spontaneous and timeless. I’m Mariëtte, a mother of four with a passion for working with families. After a career change I trained in maternity, newborn, and baby photography to deepen my craft. That background gives me the patience and experience needed to support expecting clients through the entire process.
