I’m Dominique, the person behind Nique Fotografie. As a specialist in maternity photography based in Hoofddorp, my mission is to capture the unique moments of your pregnancy. For me a maternity shoot is about more than beautiful pictures: it’s about preserving atmosphere, tender moments and the little details that show how special this time is. My style is best described as lifestyle: I work mainly with natural light and aim for spontaneous, genuine emotion. Whether we do a calm session at your home in the nursery, or take a relaxed walk on the beach or in the woods, we always choose a location that suits you. You can be yourself; I give gentle guidance and small prompts so the most natural, beautiful images can emerge. I love fine details, meaningful looks and the small touches that will bring back so many memories later. Practical and personal: I guide you from preparation to delivery. After booking you’ll receive a detailed brochure with styling and preparation tips so you feel comfortable and well prepared for the shoot. For a Motherhood shoot I usually recommend scheduling around 30 weeks, so your bump shows nicely while you can still feel comfortable during the session. During the photoshoot I keep the atmosphere relaxed — many clients describe my approach as warm, patient and sincerely involved. Within one week after the session you’ll get access to a personalized online gallery with the first edited proofs (watermarked). There you choose your favourites and I will carefully finalise the selected images in the full edit. The final photos are then delivered digitally. Why choose Nique Fotografie in Hoofddorp?
