I’m Corina, and maternity photography is one of my great passions. As a specialist in maternity photography in Hoorn, I focus on capturing that unique, vulnerable moment when your family is about to change. My approach is warm, calm and personal: I make room for your wishes and guide you step by step so you feel comfortable throughout the pregnancy shoot. Whether you choose my home studio or an outdoor location that holds special meaning for you, I create a relaxed atmosphere. In the studio I work with different types of light and backdrops; outdoors we use natural light and the surroundings to craft a pure, natural mood. I provide gowns and wraps specially selected to beautifully accentuate the pregnant form. Prefer a minimalist, more pared-back look? That’s possible too — partial nudity is always an option by consultation and at your pace, so the images remain timeless and elegant. What sets me apart is the combination of technical skill and a human approach. With a background as a teacher I have a lot of patience and know how to quickly put people — and especially children — at ease. During the session I offer practical styling tips and guidance on posing and expression, and I like to work from a moodboard so we know beforehand which atmosphere and color palette you want. Your partner and older children are very welcome to join; their presence often creates extra beautiful, personal images. After the maternity shoot you will receive the photos in a secure online gallery. I provide professional retouching so the final images become artworks you’ll be proud to hang on your wall.
