As a specialized maternity photographer at Yvette Moeskops Photography, I capture the special period of your pregnancy in a way that truly suits you. My style is romantic, natural and storytelling — I look for the small touches, loving glances and quiet moments that will become lifelong memories. I work both in my daylight studio at home in Medemblik and on location. In the studio I create calm, atmospheric settings that deliver soft light and intimate images; outdoors I choose locations that add a natural, warm backdrop to your story. Whatever you choose, my goal stays the same — to make you feel relaxed so honest, recognizable maternity photos emerge. Personal contact and a calm working method are important to me. We start with a no-obligation conversation in which we discuss your wishes, wardrobe and the atmosphere you want. I often plan the maternity shoot around week 34 because the bump is usually nicely visible then, but I always adapt timing to your comfort. Prefer an intimate boudoir maternity session, or photos with your partner and possibly children? We’ll coordinate everything in advance so the session is pleasant and relaxed. During the shoot I take my time: there’s room for posed images as well as spontaneous moments. I use gentle direction and relaxed guidance so that people who aren’t used to the camera also feel at ease. I’m happy to give wardrobe advice: soft, muted colors and fabrics that flatter your silhouette often create the most beautiful images. Because I value warm, personal portraits, I also offer the option to combine a maternity reportage with a newborn shoot — creating a connected visual story from pregnancy to the first moments with your baby.
