I’m Denise, your maternity photographer from Dalfsen. Maternity photography is one of my greatest passions: this short, intense period full of anticipation and love deserves photos that are not only beautiful but also true in emotion and atmosphere. As a specialist in pregnancy photography, I work with patience and a relaxed approach so you feel comfortable during the shoot and can enjoy the moment. My style is natural and timeless. I look for real connections — the way your partner holds your hand, a tender glance at your growing belly, the simple joy that this new chapter brings. Whether we shoot in my cozy home studio in Dalfsen or outdoors at a favourite location in Zwolle, Ommen, or elsewhere in Overijssel, I make sure the images convey calmness and authenticity. How I work: we always start with a friendly conversation so I can learn your wishes. Together we choose the location, style and any clothing or accessories. During the session I create a relaxed atmosphere; with gentle directions and playful prompts I guide you into natural movement. My experience as a model and my calm, positive working method help even those who don’t often stand in front of the camera to feel at ease quickly. After the session I carefully select and edit the best images, paying close attention to detail. The result is high-quality maternity photos you’ll be proud to hang on the wall and to share with family and friends. I live and work from my welcoming home in Dalfsen and happily travel to beautiful places across the Netherlands to capture your story. My background as an Applied Gerontologist and a long-standing love for people and emotion form the foundation of my approach: attention, respect and warmth.
