I’m Patricia Stello and maternity photography is one of my passions. From Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht I capture warm, loving and natural pregnancy shoots that truly feel like your moment. As an experienced family photographer I’ve learned how to stay calm and make small moments feel big — exactly what a pregnancy shoot deserves. My approach is gentle and personal. During the session I take my time, remain patient, and make sure you feel comfortable. Often we work outdoors with natural light or during the golden hour — that warm light gives maternity photos a dreamy, timeless atmosphere. At the same time, a session at home in your familiar surroundings can be very intimate and meaningful. I tailor the location and moments to what suits you best. What sets me apart is my focus on real interaction and emotion: no stiff posing, but small directions, playful prompts or walking moments that create natural connections and spontaneous poses. I pay close attention to composition, light and the environment so each maternity photo tells a complete story of this special time. As a mother myself I understand how quickly this period passes — that understanding is present in every image I make. Practically, I like to work with you to choose a time when you feel beautiful and comfortable. I usually advise planning around the 34th week for a nice belly shape and enough flexibility in case of bad weather. During preparation I’m happy to help with location ideas, wardrobe and choosing the ideal time (think golden hour) so together we create the most beautiful images.
