Why choose our maternity shoot? We approach maternity photography as both emotion and art: careful attention to light, natural posing, and high-quality materials. Our fabrics, gowns and props are selected with great care — many items are imported specifically to achieve a refined, sustainable look. The photos we create are made to speak for years to come, whether displayed on the wall or kept in an album. What sets our workflow apart is our team approach. During the session an experienced photographer and an assistant guide you through the entire shoot. This collaboration creates calm, safety and a smooth shooting experience — a principle we have prioritized from day one. You will quickly feel at ease: we take our time, advise on clothing and colors, and show images during the session so you can immediately see how the results are shaping up. Practical details: we recommend scheduling the maternity photoshoot around 30–34 weeks — at that stage the belly is nicely rounded while you often still feel comfortable. Sessions preferably take place in our daylight studio in Krimpen aan den IJssel, but we also offer outdoor locations in the season (April–October) when a natural environment suits your wishes. For hair & make-up we advise a natural, subtle look — the real magic often appears in post-processing.
