As a specialist in maternity photography in 's‑Gravenzande, I (Karina) capture the soft, intimate moments of your pregnancy with a warm, natural, and loving approach. For me, pregnancy photography is more than creating beautiful images: it’s about preserving a feeling, a connection, and a memory you can later share and relive with your child. My work is inspired by my own experience as a mother — Nina and Lenn reminded me how quickly these special times pass. That personal perspective shapes the way I work: calm, attentive, and always leaving room for spontaneity. I’m happy to provide styling advice and to help choose locations that reflect how you want to remember this time — from the beach and dunes near Hoek van Holland to an intimate session at your home. Golden hour and natural light often play a lovely part in my images, giving the warm, timeless quality I aim for. During a maternity shoot I work in a relaxed manner; I offer gentle direction when it helps, but mainly aim to reveal authentic moments — a hand on the belly, a loving glance, or playful contact between you as expectant parents. My style is pure and timeless: images that work equally well in color or black-and-white and that continue to speak across the years. Communication is central to my approach. From first contact to final delivery I stay involved and personal: we discuss your wishes, I give tips on clothing (and there’s the option to borrow a beige dress from the client closet), and together we find the perfect place and timing.
