As a maternity photographer based in Spijkenisse, my passion is capturing that magical, brief period when a new life is growing. At Olena Photography I position myself as a specialist in maternity photography: my style is natural, warm and pure. I mainly work with a lifestyle approach — no overly posed images, but intimate photos that tell the story of your pregnancy. My background as a photojournalist and my years of experience help me recognise and capture moments that truly matter: a loving hand on the belly, a quiet gaze full of anticipation, or the laughter between partners that fills the room. Those spontaneous, unforced moments come together to form a series of maternity photos you will look back on with great warmth. How I work: we discuss your wishes and the location in advance — I often shoot at your home because it feels familiar and produces many intimate images, but I am also available at other beautiful locations in Spijkenisse and the surrounding area. Before the session I give styling and outfit tips so colours and fabrics work with the light and with each other. During the shoot I work calmly and respectfully: I create a relaxed atmosphere, give gentle guidance and leave plenty of room for spontaneity. Partner, children and pets are welcome; that way a complete picture of your family-to-be emerges. After the session I carefully select and edit the images in line with my natural style. You will receive the photos digitally in high resolution via a private online gallery or WeTransfer, so family and friends can easily enjoy them. I speak Dutch, English, Russian and Ukrainian, which makes communication personal and clear.
